Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a safari or using the Roaring Stripes Safari website. These terms govern your use of our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a safari or using the Roaring Stripes Safari website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and issuance of a written confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Verbal commitments or booking requests without payment are not confirmed bookings. Forest department permits are applied for only after payment is received. Permit allotment is subject to government availability and cannot be guaranteed for specific zones.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required to confirm a booking. We accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash. Payment must be received at least 48 hours before the safari date to allow time for permit processing. All prices are inclusive of applicable government taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellations must be communicated in writing via WhatsApp or email. Our refund policy is as follows: • 7 or more days before safari: 80% refund • 3–6 days before safari: 50% refund • Less than 48 hours before safari: No refund Forest department permit fees are non-refundable once issued. If the park is closed by the forest department due to emergency or government order, a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be offered.
5. Safari Guidelines & Guest Conduct
All guests must comply with the rules and regulations of Ranthambore National Park as set by the Rajasthan Forest Department. This includes: • Remaining seated in the vehicle at all times inside the park • Not littering or carrying plastic bags inside the park • Not making loud noises or disturbing wildlife • Wearing neutral-colored clothing (no bright colors or white) • Following all instructions from the naturalist guide and driver Failure to comply with park rules may result in removal from the safari without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
Roaring Stripes Safari operates as a booking and facilitation service. While we take every precaution for your safety and comfort, we are not liable for: • Acts of nature including wildlife behavior, weather conditions, or natural events • Actions of the forest department including zone changes or park closures • Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the safari • Missed flights, trains, or travel connections due to safari timing All guests participate in the safari at their own risk.
7. Wildlife Sighting Guarantee
We do not guarantee tiger sightings or any specific wildlife encounters. Wildlife is wild and unpredictable. Safari permit fees and service fees are charged for access to the park, not for specific animal sightings. No refund will be issued for safaris where wildlife was not spotted.
8. Photography & Drone Policy
Personal cameras and telephoto lenses are permitted inside the park. Professional video equipment, tripods with large footprints, and drones are strictly prohibited by the forest department. Guests found using drones may be ejected from the park and face government penalties.
9. Health & Medical Conditions
Guests with serious medical conditions should consult a physician before booking. Open-air jeep safaris involve exposure to dust, sun, and uneven terrain. We are not equipped to handle medical emergencies inside the park. The nearest hospital is in Sawai Madhopur town.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan.
