Wildlife Sighting Disclaimer
Roaring Stripes Safari does not guarantee any wildlife sightings, including tigers, leopards, or any other animals during your safari. All wildlife in Ranthambore National Park is wild and free-roaming. Sightings depend entirely on animal behavior, season, time of day, and zone conditions. No refund, compensation, or rescheduling will be offered due to the absence of wildlife sightings.
Safari Zone Disclaimer
Zone allotment for Gypsy (jeep) safaris is partially controlled by the Rajasthan Forest Department through a lottery system. While we can express a zone preference on your behalf, we cannot guarantee allotment of a specific zone. Zone allotments are often finalized the night before or on the morning of the safari. Canter safari zones are fixed and do not enter core zones 1–5.
Permit Availability Disclaimer
Forest department permits are limited in number per zone per shift. Roaring Stripes Safari applies for permits immediately upon receiving payment, but availability cannot be guaranteed for all requested dates, zones, or shifts — especially during peak season (October–March) and weekends. In the rare event that permits are unavailable after payment, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.
Health & Safety Disclaimer
Safari activities involve inherent risks including exposure to wildlife, rough terrain, dust, heat, and sun. Guests with heart conditions, serious medical conditions, pregnancy, or mobility issues should consult a doctor before booking. Roaring Stripes Safari and its staff are not medically trained and are not liable for any health incidents during the safari. Guests participate at their own risk.
