Cancellation Refund Summary

How to Cancel

All cancellations must be communicated in writing. We accept cancellation requests via: • WhatsApp: +91 99999 99999 (message with your booking reference) • Email: info@roaringstripes.in Verbal cancellations over phone calls are not accepted. Your cancellation is confirmed only when you receive a written acknowledgment from our team.

Forest Department Permit Fees

Forest department permit fees are collected by the Rajasthan Forest Department and are strictly non-refundable once issued. These fees are typically issued 48–72 hours before your safari date. If you cancel before permits are issued, the permit fee component of your booking amount will be fully refunded in addition to the applicable Roaring Stripes Safari service fee refund.

Park Closure by Forest Department

If Ranthambore National Park is closed by the Rajasthan Forest Department on your safari date due to: • Government orders or national emergency • Severe weather conditions (cyclone, heavy flooding) • Forest department operational decisions You will receive a full 100% refund of all amounts paid, or a complimentary rescheduling to an alternate date at no additional cost. Your choice.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you wish to reschedule your safari rather than cancel: • Rescheduling with 7+ days notice: Free of charge (subject to permit availability) • Rescheduling with 3–6 days notice: A rescheduling fee of ₹500 per booking applies • Rescheduling within 48 hours: Not guaranteed; treated as a fresh booking Rescheduled bookings must be completed within the same park season (October–June).

Group Bookings

For group bookings of 3 or more jeeps (or 20+ guests on Canter), special cancellation terms apply: • 15+ days before safari: 80% refund • 7–14 days before safari: 50% refund • Less than 7 days: No refund Group bookings during peak season (October, December–January, March) are subject to stricter cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method: • UPI payments: Refunded directly to the UPI ID • Bank transfers: Refunded to the source bank account (NEFT/IMPS) • Cash payments: Refunded via bank transfer or cash at our office We do not charge any processing fees for refunds.
